I have been shopping for the JD 4410 with PowerReverser and have found a decent price on it, I think, of $15200 plus tax. Also, a FEL 430 for $3200, does this seem to be a good price? By the way the tractor is brand new on the dealer lot, but is a left over 02 model, if this matters.
I have not seen a lot of post on the JD 4410, any comments this tractor would be great. I wanted the Hydro model, but is the PowerReverser similar and would do well when using the FEL. Any thoughts on how the 4410 would compare against the Kubota L 3830 HST or Glideshift or the L3130?
Thank for your input.

You better grab that tractor and price and run with it! That is a VERY good price. Not a bad price on the loader if they include fluid filling the tires with it. You will need that or counter weights. I have the 4410 with the ehydro trans. and love it. Very good and powerful medium compact tractor. I would say it compares to the L3430. This is a more accurate comparison. How many hours are on this tractor? ....

The 4410 is new, no hours, just left over from dealer stock. It's not the Hydro model, but it has the power reverser. I don't know how this compares with a hyro stat transmission, I have no experence with either one. The loader is the 430 model with the quick attachment. Also, the price for the 4410 has the R-4 tires and are filled.
thanks again ....

The ePowrReverser transmission is a gear transmission with a quick reverse feature. It has 3 speed ranges and four gear positions resulting in 12 forward and 12 reverse speeds. You have to stop to change speed ranges but you can clutch on the fly to change gears. To reverse direction you just flip a lever on the dash, which is great for loader work.

The eHydro has three speed ranges as well, and you also need to stop to change ranges. eHydro doesn't have gears or clutch to worry about. Within a speed range you press one pedal to go forward and another to go back.

The eHydro consumes a couple of HP to run, so the ePowrReverser delivers more pto HP. If you don't mind changing gears the ePowrReverser is a fine transmission.

I have a 4310 with eHydro, and I love it, but if I ran across the 4410 deal you found I would have gone that route no question about it. That's a great price. ....
